PROCEDURE

Complete a Work Order
Submitting a work order grants maintenance staff permission to enter the unit to address the issue.
Renters
If you are a renter, please contact your landlord before submitting a request. Landlord approval is required prior to any maintenance work.
Confirmation
Once the work order has been submitted and completed, you will receive a confirmation email from the maintenance staff.
